The leaders and management have imbibed the giving culture in every aspect and action of the organization. Social service is looked at as an innovative opportunity to fundamentally reinforce the business, while positively impacting the society at the same time. CSR is viewed as central to the overall strategy, helping Solitaire as a family to inventively address key business concerns.

Through smart partnering, Solitaire has generated and shared significant value across geographies, communities and social groups.

International Day of Persons with Disabilities

On the occasion of International Day of Persons with Disabilities, Mr. Ashok Dhanraj Chordia, Chairman of Solitaire and Arjun Charitable Trust, donated food grain kits (15 kg each) to the kids and different NGO’s like Old Mahabaleshwar village, Avishree Orphan Home, Sarthak Seva Sangh, Sparsh Balagram, Akshay Chordia Blind School, Pra Foundation, Centre for Social Education, Kinara Old Ashram, Vatsalya Care Home, and Anandi Ghar Prakalp .

Lighting up lives this Diwali

In the festive season of Diwali, Mr. Ashok Dhanraj Chordia, Chairman of Solitaire and Arjun Charitable Trust, donated 1000 kits of food grain (15kg each), 2400 meters of water pipeline and 500 sweet boxes to the residents of Mahabaleshwar. This is part of our continuous support towards helping the citizens revive themselves from the natural calamity that they endured a few weeks ago. It is our endeavor at Solitaire and Arjun Charitable Trust to make sure that there is no darkness during this festival of lights!

Enabling Future & Transforming Lives

Mr. Ashok Chordia, Director of Solitaire, along with his wife Mrs. Asha Chordia, visited Aniket Sevabhavi Sanstha in Pune, and distributed fruits, sweets, and chocolates to differently abled children at this institute. Mrs. Kalpana, the caretaker of these children, was very grateful as mangoes given by Solitaire was the first time the kids were going to eat mangoes this year.

Helping the ones in need

Solitaire and Arjun Charitable Trust chairman Mr. Ashok Dhanraj Chordia continues to extend support to tribal people and donated 200 kits of food grains (12 kgs each), to Saiv, Mose, and Tav village in Panshet. It was possible with the support of sarpanch Mr. Sagar Pasalkar and Madat Welfare Trust – Ms. Deepali Warule.

Brighter Giving

May 2021

Solitaire continues to help people through these tough times of Covid-19. Seeing the critical situation of the people in Mahabaleshwar, Chairman Mr. Ashok Chordia, helped them by donating 161 kits of food grains of 19 kgs each, 500 masks and 6,000 vitamin medicines. Along with this, Solitaire has also extended its help to the ZP School in Mahabaleshwar by donating water cooler.

Covid Relief Donation Drive

May 2021

Solitaire continues to help the needful in these tough times of Covid-19. On a request from the Pune Police, Mr. Ashok Chordia, chairman of Solitaire and Arjun Charitable Trust donated 900 kits of food grains, 10 kg each, to the women near Faraskhana Police Station. It was distributed in the presence of Joint Commissioner Dr. Ravindra Shisve, DCP Ms. Priyanka Narnavre and Senior Police Inspector Mr. Rajendra Landge.

Honoring the front line warriors

May 2021

Solitaire has held out helping hands throughout this pandemic and continues to do so. On a request of the PCMC Police Commissioner, our Chairman Mr. Ashok Chordia handed over 300 t-shirts and 300 caps to the Covid-19 warriors of PCMC for their highly demanding duties throughout the pandemic. It was our way to support and thank these warriors for keeping us safe and secure.
