Inspired by his academic experience at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia, Atul Chordia is a second-generation entrepreneur raring to innovate. With his extensive experience in hospitality and luxury retail, he brings a sharp focus to brand experience and service in the real estate industry. In a journey encompassing nearly four decades, Mr. Ashok Chordia has succeeded in adding noteworthy marvels to the skylines of Pune.

Taking greater strides today as ‘Solitaire’ – the heir of the magnificent and remarkable Chordia legacy – the brand continues to take business, relationships and customer satisfaction to the next level. It was in 2010 that Solitaire took birth with the first Solitaire Homes at Aundh and since then the brand has grown leaps and bounds.
